MIHA Hits the Ice!

Inline Hockey’s Premier League Now Hosting its Inaugural Ice Hockey Tournament!

EVENT DETAILS:

May 31st - June 1st

Big Boy Arena: 34400 Utica Rd, Fraser MI 48026

Only $1120 $760 per team (Inaugural event discount!)

2 divisions available, competitive (C or higher) or recreational (D or lower).

3 guaranteed games, 2 round-robin and 1 elimination

Result based scheduling used to insure the best match-ups. Details on our scheduling structure can be found here

All teams advance to elimination.

Games contains three 14 minute run clock period.

4 man shootout at the end of regulation for tied round robin games. 5 minute 4 on 4 OT followed by 3 man shootout for tied elimination games. 

Plaques awarded to winning teams, T-shirts awarded to team MVP and MVG.

Players must be 18 years or older on the day of the event.


ABOUT MIHA:

MIHA is a competitive league designed for both skilled and intermediate hockey players across the Midwest. Founded in 2010 to provide adults with organized, affordable play, MIHA has grown to host 20 events across six states with around 65 teams. MIHA prioritizing player experience by keeping game times convenient, discouraging ringers, and encouraging intermediate-level players to join. Teams participate in multiple regular season tournaments, earning points throughout to qualify for the championship. MIHA’s flexible format makes it a premier destination for hockey enthusiasts.


2025 - 2026 MIHA ICE HOCKEY SEASON:

Our inaugural event is just the beginning! Starting next season, we will host three regular-season ice hockey tournaments leading up to a championship event. While exact dates and locations are still being finalized, we anticipate events in Columbus, OH, Detroit, MI, and Fort Wayne, IN. Each tournament will follow a round-robin format on Saturday, with a single-elimination playoff on Sunday. Teams can choose to compete in a single event or commit to the full season. Throughout the season, teams will earn points—3 for a win, 2 for an overtime loss, and 1 for a regulation loss—with the top-ranked teams earning a spot at the championship weekend. The Owner has top authority and responsibility for the teams financial obligations and operation. The Owner will also have the final say on all team activities. Owners will insure that the team is fully registered, all league fees are paid in full and that the team follows all league rules and bylaws.
