Cincinnati2 moved to Detroit

MIHA and Sports Plus were unable to agree to terms for the January 30-31st tournament scheduled for Cincinnati, OH.  Thankfully, Canfield Arena in Dearborn Heights is able to accommodate those dates.  Canfield is the obvious choice due to having a great facility and being a central location for the teams attending the tournament (5 are from the Detroit area, 3 from Cincinnati, 2 from Buffalo, 1 from Grand Rapids, and 1 from Chicago). In the future, MIHA hopes to return to Sports Plus as we just had a very competitive tournament there and continue to add new teams from the Ohio area. The "Detroit3" tournament is being renamed to "Detroit4".  The January event will be called Detroit3 now instead of Cincinnati2.
